I offer treatment for children, teens and adults. I primarily do individual therapy. However, I am also trained for family therapy and couples therapy.

We will spend the first session or two getting to know one another. I will ask a lot of questions to learn where you are, where you’ve been, and what has and hasn’t helped in the past. I am a self-pay provider, meaning that I do not accept insurance. This enables me to offer the best quality of care rather than have treatment protocol dictated by an insurance company.

Many insurance companies have out-of-network benefits that allow you to get reimbursed for treatment. You can contact your insurance company to determine your benefits. If you are interested in pursuing reimbursement, I provide a receipt that you can use.
